Hotel Reservations
You are responsible for making your own hotel reservation. Please call 1-800-233-1234 and identify yourself as a member of the Consortium Health Plans' Sales Advantage 2010. Be sure to call early as the cut-off date for the special rate of $159 is January 25, 2010.
FEES
Consortium Health Plan members: No fee.
The fee for non-CHP member Plan attendees is $1,000*.
*This fee is nonrefundable, but registration may be transferred to another Blue Plan representative.
TRAVEL INFORMATION
You are responsible for your own travel reservations and ground transportation.
WEATHER AND DRESS
Atlanta has mild winters. Average highs are in the low to mid-50s, and early morning lows are in the low to mid-30s. Occasional warm spells in winter can push the mecury into the 70s. February is one of the city's wettest month.
Attire for all meetings is business casual.
